Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the £49.99 Interactive CV service. They do not exclude or restrict rights that UK consumer law gives you.

All legal information: these Terms and Conditions include our Privacy Notice and Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please read all three before continuing.

1. Who we are

The service is supplied by Revive Your CV Ltd. Contact us at sales@reviveyourcv.com.

2. The service

We provide a guided online service that uses your existing CV and answers to create a personalised Interactive CV. You review the result and choose whether it is published. The service includes one Interactive CV and 12 months of hosting from the purchase date.

The journey is designed to take around 15–20 minutes for many users, but this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion time.

3. Price and payment

The price is a one-off payment of £49.99, charged in pounds sterling through Square. There is no recurring subscription. Payment must complete before CV creation and publication can continue.

4. Your information and responsibilities

You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and must review the completed Interactive CV before approving publication. You remain responsible for factual claims, employment history, qualifications, contact details and other material you provide.

You confirm that you have permission to upload and use all text, photographs and documents you submit. Do not upload unlawful material, malicious files, confidential information belonging to another person, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

5. AI-assisted content

Automated and AI-assisted tools help analyse and present your information. They can make mistakes. You must check the wording and facts before approval. We do not guarantee interviews, employment, employer responses, search rankings or any particular career outcome.

6. Approval, publication and sharing

Your Interactive CV remains private until you expressly approve publication. If you publish it, anyone who receives or discovers its sharing link may be able to view the information you chose to make public. You can control supported visibility options and request deletion through the service.

7. Hosting period

Hosting is included for 12 months from the purchase date. Before that period ends, we may offer an optional extension on terms and pricing disclosed at that time. We will not start a recurring charge without your express agreement. At the end of the included period, the Interactive CV may be unpublished or removed after reasonable notice, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Our refund and cancellation policy forms part of these terms. If you expressly request immediate performance, you may have to pay for work completed before a permitted cancellation. Once the service is fully performed and the digital Interactive CV is supplied, the cancellation right may be lost where the legal requirements are met. Your statutory remedies for faulty, misdescribed or improperly performed services and digital content remain unaffected.

9. Availability and changes

We use reasonable care to keep the service available, but temporary interruption may occur for maintenance, security incidents, technical faults or events outside our reasonable control. We may make proportionate technical or security changes that do not materially reduce the service you purchased.

10. Intellectual property and permission to operate the service

You retain ownership of the original material you provide. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to process, adapt, store and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support your Interactive CV. Our software, designs, branding and service materials remain ours or our licensors’.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, business losses suffered by a consumer, or decisions made by employers or other third parties.

12. Privacy

Our privacy notice explains how personal information is handled, the service providers involved, retention periods and your data rights.

13. Complaints and contact

Email sales@reviveyourcv.com with your purchase email and a clear description of the issue. We will review complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable time.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
